Hello there!
I'’m Shweta, the founder of Qi Strength. I'’m a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS, NSCA) and NASM Personal Trainer with over 6 years of coaching experience.
My background includes a Master's in Psychology and a Diploma in Kalaripayattu from Kalarigram, where I've trained for over 4 years. My work brings together structured strength training and traditional movement practices.
Qi (Chi) means energy - and to me, strength is about more than muscle. It's about awareness, control, and the way we move through life. That's what I aim to share through Qi Strength.
Also, I'm a big fan of good coffee and dessert - because balance matters :D
